Your tasks

Supporting customer advisors in daily business from an administrative and client-facing perspective
Handling customer enquiries both on-site and by telephone
Preparing customer documents including portfolio checks and creating investment proposals
Processing stock exchange transactions such as shares, funds, bonds, corporate actions, new issues as well as options transactions
Conducting foreign exchange transactions
Preparing customer contracts, account openings and closures
Monitoring pending items
Supporting team members and customers with digital concerns and problems.

What you bring

Commercial basic training (banking or insurance)
Interest and experience in the financial business (especially in investment topics)
Independent and precise working style
Flexibility and composure even in hectic situations
Very good knowledge of Word and Excel
High customer and service orientation
