Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing – Turning and Milling with Fanuc Control
Tasks
- Programming, setting up and operating modern CNC turning and milling centres with Fanuc control
- Manufacturing prototypes as well as small and medium series
- Ensuring quality in accordance with drawings including final inspections
- Monitoring and controlling ongoing production
- Optimising manufacturing processes and machining procedures
- Working independently according to technical drawings and specifications
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
- Experience in CNC machining of turned and milled parts
- Knowledge of programming Fanuc controls
- Confident reading of technical drawings and knowledge of measuring instruments
- Precise, independent and quality-conscious working style
- Team-oriented, reliable and responsible personality
