About the job
What you achieve
- You care for and support our patients together with trainees and students.
- In doing so, you coach, accompany and promote the trainees and students during their placement.
- You carry out the nursing process (including service recording for materials and care) - supported by the hospital information system KISIM.
- You take co-responsibility for achieving the area and department goals.
- Together with your vocational training team and the department heads, you are responsible for creating the work schedules.
- In addition, you work in shift duty.
What distinguishes you
- You are a certified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and ideally have experience in the acute care sector.
- You already have the vocational trainer course or are willing to complete it.
- The well-being of patients is at the centre of your work and you treat people with respect and appreciation.
- You are characterised by teamwork as well as independent and quality-conscious work.
