As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Acceptance and booking of reservations made by phone, in writing, or by e-mail
- Retrieval and processing of reservations via various reservation systems (e.g., Opera Cloud)
- Recording and maintenance of guest and reservation data
- Active sales and advising guests by phone regarding room bookings and the hotel's service offerings
- Training of new trainees
- Compliance with the specified quality standards of the leading hotels of the world
- Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in reservations is desirable
- Careful and reliable working style
- Friendly, open, and professional appearance
- Advanced knowledge in handling the hotel software Opera Cloud
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent German skills and good English skills; all other language skills are an advantage
