Job description
- Define the care offer and services required for each resident.
- Provide personalized nursing care autonomously and/or under medical delegation, of a preventive, curative, rehabilitation, and palliative nature, respecting safety and comfort criteria.
- Organize, under medical delegation, the overall care (treatment, examinations, specific care).
- Coordinate and supervise the tasks of the nursing team as well as collaborate in the supervision and clinical teaching of new nursing staff (nurse, ASSC, nursing assistant) and students.
- Contribute to the development of care quality within the framework of the institutional philosophy, referring to the updating of care practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor in nursing or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- CAS in dementia would be considered a significant asset for this position.
- Cantonal practice license.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interest in the elderly care environment.
- Ability to support people with cognitive disorders.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of the French language.
- Knowledge and mastery of the SADIES-DIR software and basic IT tools desired.
