Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing, as Short Turner
Activities
- Setting up CNC short turning machines (Siemens, Okuma, Fanuc, Tsugami)
- Manufacturing complex precision turned parts according to plan
- Adjusting and optimizing CNC programs
- Setting up and programming holder robots (Fanuc)
- Optimizing and monitoring production processes
- Ensuring product quality
- Troubleshooting and contributing improvement ideas
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ
- Experience as a setter, ideally on Okuma, Myano or Index machines
- Knowledge of Okuma, Fanuc, Mitsubishi or Siemens controls
- Good 3D visualization skills
- German language skills at least A2
