Role Objective:

In this versatile position, you will accompany smart grid projects from planning to successful commissioning and ensure the professional implementation of technical customer solutions. At the same time, you will take responsibility for the further development of management systems in the areas of quality, environment, and information security. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal departments.

Your Tasks:

• Management and implementation of smart grid projects from conception to commissioning
• Coordination of pilot projects as well as support with tenders and technical solution concepts
• Commissioning of smart grid solutions as well as analysis and resolution of technical faults
• Training and support of customers in handling the application software
• Maintenance and expansion of relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Further development of management systems
• Conducting internal audits and coordination with certification bodies
• Technical project administration and documentation

Your Profile:

• Basic training in electrical, energy, or information technology
• Further training as a HF technician or FH engineer is an advantage
• Good knowledge of network technologies and Windows server environments
• Experience in project environments and enthusiasm for technical customer solutions
• Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Understanding of information security management according to ISO 27001
• Analytical, structured, and customer-oriented working style
