Programmer for CNC Manufacturing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Programming with Mastercam

• Creating CNC programmes, Siemens 840C and 840D controls

• Setting up and supervising CNC machines,

• Checking and adhering to time schedules

• Ongoing process and quality optimisations

• Coordination with AVOR

• Order processing in PPS

• Incoming inspection of externally ordered tools

• Quality assurance

What do I need to be successful?

• Many years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing (preferably with Siemens 840C and 840D)

• Enthusiasm, resilience and team spirit

• Physical fitness, flexibility, reliability and a hands-on personality

• Confident reading of technical drawings and 3D data

• Good spatial imagination and interconnected thinking

• Independent and efficient working style

• Basic PC skills

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Experience working in a dynamic production environment

• Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system (early shift 05:00 - 13:00, late shift 13:00 - 21:00, weekly rotation) or day shift as required
