For an established healthcare facility in the Zurich region, we are seeking a dedicated dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH with experience in neurology or acute care. In neurological early rehabilitation, you accompany patients on their journey back to as independent a daily life as possible and work closely with an interprofessional team.

Your Tasks
- Professional and activating care as well as individual support of patients in neurological early rehabilitation
- Accompanying and supporting relatives
- Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
- Close collaboration with medical staff, therapy teams and other involved specialist departments
- Participation in ensuring high nursing quality and continuous patient care
- Active contribution of expertise and shaping a varied working environment
Our Requirements
- Diploma as nursing specialist HF/FH or a comparable qualification
- Experience in neurology, acute care or rehabilitation
- Ideally experience in early rehabilitation; interest in neurological rehabilitation is a prerequisite
- Completed further training in monitoring care (NDK) or a corresponding specialist training in intensive care, anaesthesia or emergency care
- Alternatively, willingness to complete the NDK monitoring care course
- Strong independence and enjoyment of working in an interprofessional team
- Sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts
- For foreign diplomas: recognition by the SRK
