The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.
We are looking for a person for our Parsenn operation as of now or by arrangement as:

Your challenge
You take overall technical responsibility for the operation of our cable car systems in the Parsenn operation and lead a motivated team in daily operations as well as in maintenance.

Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the safe and smooth operation of the systems
- Technical leadership and deployment planning of the technical staff
- Planning, organization, and supervision of maintenance and inspections
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (BAV, SUVA, etc.) including documentation
- Coordination of internal employees and external specialist companies
- Organization and management of troubleshooting and rescue operations
- Condition monitoring of systems, vehicles, and infrastructures
- Participation in technical projects as well as further development of the systems
Your profile
- Technical basic training (cable car mechatronics technician, electrical, or similar)
- Further training as a cable car specialist or willingness to do so
- Several years of experience in technical operation/maintenance (ideally cable cars)
- Leadership experience and pronounced organizational skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High sense of responsibility as well as teamwork skills
- Flexibility (seasonal operation, weekends, on-call duty)
