mechanical engineer in building services, 90-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the conception and design of building services systems (heating, air conditioning, sanitary)
• you also create piping diagrams for building installations
• modelling of building services in 3D with Revit/BIM is also part of your duties
• in doing so, you integrate functionality, construction, accessibility and ease of maintenance into the models
• you also ensure that executing companies can implement the planning directly and without revision
• the workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in building services engineering or mechanical engineering (m/f/d)
• additionally, a background in design, engineering and mechanical engineering with a focus on building services is important
• professional experience with complex projects, with Revit and integrated planning is a great advantage
• solid knowledge of Swiss SIA standards and experience with construction projects in Switzerland are also required
• this role requires good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• fluent German skills as well as good English skills are important (the company language is English)
