Your tasks:
- Further development of an innovative, person-centered dementia concept
- Design of a lively "dementia oasis" with a high quality of life for our residents
- Observation of key developments in the dementia field, future needs for action, and care models
- Motivation and professional development of an interdisciplinary team
- Co-design of processes, structures, and quality standards to ensure excellent care
You bring:
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Experience in the gerontopsychiatric environment or in the dementia field - or motivation to complete a CAS Dementia
- Innovative spirit, courage for change, and joy in building new structures
