Description and Requirements
EMEA Premier Field vendor Manager is responsible for onboarding new field partners to increase our EMEA coverage.
He/She will closely collaborate with EMEA local service delivery managers to select the best in class vendors.
He/She will be responsible for service performance & quality of service delivered by these partners, to support the achievement of our customer service objectives.
This position is part of Lenovo EMEA Premier Delivery organization and you will report to EMEA Premier Delivery Director.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment to EMEA Premier goals
- With the support of Premier control tower, manage the day-to-day performance of the partners to meet operational KPI targets
- Run regular BMS (weekly/Monthly Quarterly reviews) to review performance trends and drive performance & strategic initiatives
- Share Customer Services objectives and targets and work with partners to develop their strategic plans to support achievement of Lenovo premier objectives
- Provide support to Field partners with resources, information & data to enable them to maintain service performance & develop their capability/Capacity to meet current & future demand
- Support the New Service/New Product introduction in ensuring that field partner engineer technical skills and overall capability meets current and future business need
- Lead a coordinated and systemic approach to quality & cost improvements, linked directly to customer satisfaction feedback and field partner operations
- Interact with other teams to secure best class performance E2E
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Oral & written)
- Strong field services/Supply Chain/procurement background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing Partner Performance & Relationship
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiences
- Independent thinker with proven ability to be able to analyze various type of information and be able to draw conclusions from it. Strong task execution & problem solving
- Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills with high attention to details
- Organized, Good Time Management
- Excel, Powerpoint Skills
