Reference: CLS/RH/2025.714 / Contract type: Permanent contract from 80 to 100% / Hours: between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
Why do we need you?
Following the departure of the current post holder, we are looking for a referent nurse in interventional cardiology wishing to invest sustainably within our department.
What will you be expected to do?
- Plan and coordinate the activity of the catheterization lab, in collaboration with the ICUS and the deputy ICUS, to ensure smooth organization, balanced workload, and availability of necessary equipment.
- Ensure the quality, safety, and traceability of care provided to patients in interventional cardiology, while ensuring compliance with hygiene, asepsis, and radiation protection protocols.
- Actively participate in interventions, preparation of equipment, clinical monitoring, and technical procedures performed under medical responsibility.
- Contribute to the smooth operation and development of the department, notably through equipment management, participation in continuous improvement projects, and implementation of new practices.
- Support and accompany the team by sharing your expertise, participating in the training of new collaborators, and fostering a collaborative, respectful, and caring work environment.
- Ensure on-call service alternately with team members.

- Hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent recognized by the Red Cross, ideally complemented by training in cardiology
- Have proven experience in interventional cardiology, enabling you to act with precision and responsiveness in the catheterization lab
- Demonstrate versatility, strong organizational skills, and great flexibility
- Possess excellent collaboration skills and communication sense fostering multidisciplinary teamwork
- Be rigorous, autonomous, dynamic, and able to manage stressful situations professionally.
