To ensure cover during the absence of the post holder, we are looking for a logistics steward assistant for our internal and external events
Your mission:
- Ensure all logistics for internal and external events, fairs, tastings, exhibitions, etc., according to event plans provided by the Event Marketing Coordinator
- Manage all logistical tasks related to events (set-ups, assembly, disassembly, tidying, cleaning, parking, room booking, etc.).
- Organise in advance and on the day all operational logistics for internal and external events, from equipment preparation, stand assembly and set-up, to disassembly, tidying and maintenance
- Provide logistical support and welcome during visits and client groups at our sites in Tolochenaz, Féchy and Nyon.
- Travel to external event locations during the day, evening or weekend according to the event schedule.
- Manage the stock of event equipment (fridge, tables, stands, tarpaulins, tents, barrels…) and perform minor repairs and painting of equipment if necessary.
- Maintenance and minor repairs and painting of fair furniture
- Stewardship of internal events at Cave de La Côte
- Prepare rooms, tables, crockery and glasses for events (internal and external), mainly during the day, evening or Saturday, cleaning, cloakroom, preparation according to event and tasting plans.
- Prepare aperitifs, drinks, snacks and manage orders with caterers or bakeries.
- Manage conference rooms, carnotzet, council room, pavilion, etc.
- Restore rooms and premises (tidying, floor and toilet cleaning…)
- Provide logistical support during tastings or events and visits in our wine shops and cellar
- Purchase small supplies: tea, sugar, cream and various items for canteens and events
- Prepare and make available chilled wine and water drinks, coffee thermoses, etc.
Your profile:
- Training in logistics or manual trades,
- Valid work permit C, G or Swiss citizen / resident in the Morges region
- Fluent spoken and written French is mandatory
- Forklift licence mandatory R1-R2
- Driving licence mandatory (car and van)
- Very good physical condition (lifting heavy loads)
