Construction Cost Planner 80-100%

Job Description:

In this responsible role, you will independently prepare cost estimates, cost quotations, and construction descriptions for demanding new construction and renovation projects, work closely with architects and project managers, and support the team in tendering and awarding processes. You think and act strategically, always keep the big picture in mind, and actively contribute to successful and economically sensible project management. In addition, you take over cost and change order control during project execution and identify potential problem areas early, for which you develop practical solution proposals.

What we expect from you:

• Completed studies in architecture with further training in construction cost planning
• Several years of experience in calculating complex and large construction projects
• Proficient in using Vitruv, Messerli, and MS Office
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and committed
• Enjoy taking responsibility and actively shaping projects
