Technical Caretaker 100%- Ensuring first response as well as maintenance of fire alarm and sprinkler systems
- Conducting opening rounds, inspections and troubleshooting
- Operation, monitoring and maintenance of building services systems (HVACSE)
- Planning, coordination and supervision of external service providers and maintenance
- Carrying out maintenance work as well as building and site care including winter services
- Handling tenant concerns, reporting and participation in on-call duty
- Completed training in a technical or craft field (e.g. facility maintenance, HVACSE or similar)
- Experience in facility management or building operations is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Technical understanding as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
- Good German skills and willingness for on-call and early shifts
