For our Transformation business unit, we are looking for you as a CRM Consultant - SAP Customer Experience (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Impact
- Comprehensive consulting – You advise leading companies on the implementation of SAP CX in the areas of Sales, Service, Marketing, as well as integration.
- Exciting tasks – As a Senior Associate, you are responsible for gathering customer requirements, designing and optimizing processes, configuring the SAP system, and functionally describing extensions.
- You are responsible for projects in the CRM area, especially the implementation of SAP CX. You are a team player and will be involved in project acquisition as well as the strategic development of our division.
- Innovation and trends – You stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP CX (including Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Automation, Customer Experience) and help customers gain a competitive advantage.

Your Skill Set
- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field, or have a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in CRM with a focus on analyzing and optimizing business processes in Sales, Service, or Marketing. Deep expertise in one or more SAP CX technologies (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, Emarsys, SAP Customer Data Cloud) is desirable.
- Ideally, you bring experience in implementing SAP CX and in requirements gathering, analysis, and optimization of business processes. You possess professional expertise in digital transformation and confidently lead your projects to success.
- You have a confident demeanor and the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts, find goal-oriented solutions, and implement them efficiently.
- Very good German and English skills as well as the necessary flexibility and mobility for the consulting environment are a matter of course for you.
