Main tasks
- Supervision of the UBS Group using appropriate supervisory tools in the areas of anti-money laundering prevention and Know-Your-Customer (KYC), corporate governance, human resources, and incentive systems in close cooperation with internal specialists
- Supervision of the Global Wealth Management division of the UBS Group
- Participation in on-site inspections as well as leading in-depth analyses (Deep Dives) in the area of conduct supervision
- Participation in and leadership of supervisory meetings at technical and management levels including careful preparation and follow-up
Profile
- University degree in business administration or law, ideally complemented by further training as a certified auditor or a comparable higher education qualification in the financial sector
- Several years of professional experience in banks, audit firms, or supervisory authorities with sound knowledge of banking business and financial market law
- Excellent market, process, and product knowledge in asset management and wealth management business
- High motivation and strong analytical skills for rapid familiarisation with new topics and complex issues as well as critical risk identification and development of viable solutions
- Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels and enjoyment of empathetic, team-oriented, and committed internal and external collaboration
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (each at least level C1)
