Your Tasks
- Comprehensive support of projects until handover in a turnkey condition
- Tendering, awarding, monitoring, billing, and recalculation of subcontractor services
- Management of building projects, leading the planners and contractors involved in the construction
- Negotiations and awarding of partial services
- Construction management and site coordination
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified construction manager HF, architect HF, or comparable qualification
- Experience in construction management in the execution of larger construction projects, professional and leadership experience
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
- High professionalism, commitment, and social competence in dealing with team colleagues, partners, and clients
