What is my role?

Your main activity is the manual realisation and installation of chimney systems as well as fireplace units. In the workshop, the individual parts are prepared and manufactured. This requires good knowledge of metalworking and the ability to read and interpret drawings. On site at the customer’s premises, the individual components are then assembled, installed and commissioned.

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring a completed craft apprenticeship (tinsmith, carpenter, metalworker, joiner). Professional experience in chimney construction or with fireplace stoves is an advantage. As you will be working on roofs, you should not suffer from vertigo. Great importance is placed on an independent and reliable way of working as well as a neat appearance and a friendly manner with customers and colleagues. In addition, you need a category B driving licence with driving permission.
