About the job
What you will achieve:
- Expansion, development and responsibility of the Sanitas Sales Academy
- Strategic design of training sessions along the entire advisory journey
- Creation of training materials and implementation as well as responsibility for our digital learning platform Avendoo, including the development and maintenance of training content
- Development of e-learnings along the entire advisory journey
- Teaching individual training modules and learning content
Why you will succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed university degree, you already have relevant work experience in the field of education and/or insurance
- You have a confident presence when presenting and teaching, as well as the ability to convey complex content clearly and motivatingly
- You impress with your strong conceptual skills, your didactic and methodological competence, as well as your sales know-how
- Your independence and strong implementation skills, as well as your intrinsic motivation to take up topics and implement them operationally, complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
