Property Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You manage an interesting portfolio of properties consisting of rental units and condominium ownership
• You maintain regular contact with tenants, authorities, caretakers, and craftsmen
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the professional handover of apartments during initial rental and tenant changes
• You also organise repair and renovation orders
• The handling of rental contract and rent adjustments completes your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You bring solid professional experience in property management (m/f/d)
• Further training as a property manager, or currently in training for this, would be ideal
• Solid knowledge of Swiss tenancy law is expected
• A confident handling of common Office products is required; experience with RIMO R4 or R5 is an advantage but not a requirement
• Do you describe yourself as a communicative and convincing property professional who values direct contact with tenants?
