EPD ES Training Teacher in Anaesthesia

Your mission:
- Ensure the implementation, evaluation and regulation of the training programme, in collaboration with the head of the training centre and the head of the EPD ES SA training stream
- Teach within the framework of specialised training, mainly within the anaesthesia and recovery care stream, but also within the framework of HFR continuing education and to third parties
- Actively participate in the development of the entire continuing education offer
- Promote the HFR in professional networks
- The activity is divided as follows: 50% as a teacher at the CFS and a minimum of 20% clinical activity within an anaesthesia care service, ideally in a hospital partner of the CFS
Your profile:
- Diplomas of Expert Nurse EPD ES in anaesthesia care or Swiss training deemed equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in this field
- Training in pedagogy (andragogy) or willingness to undertake it
- Training in medical simulation or willingness to undertake it
- Very good knowledge of the EPD ES training system
- Successful experience in training and group facilitation
- Skills and motivation to teach, support and assess students
- Mastery of the French language, ability to deliver training in German is a strong asset
- Mastery of common IT tools and particular interest in new technologies
- Autonomy, adaptability, flexibility and creativity
- Sense of responsibility, relational quality and ease of communication
