Financial Specialist for Auditing

For the residents of the canton of Thurgau, a Child and Adult Protection Authority operates per district. We are looking for you for the KESB in the district of Münchwilen following retirement as of March 1, 2026 or by agreement as

• Control of the accounting of the guardians
• Review of inventories
• Review of asset investments
• Written formulation of a draft decision
• Professional support of the KESB as well as the guardians in social security law matters and financial issues
• Processing and professional assessment of transactions requiring approval for the KESB, especially real estate sales and inheritance divisions

• Commercial training (administration, bank or notary) with further education such as financial specialist with a federal certificate or degree (FH, HFS, FS) in finance/trust/accounting
• Interest in personal and family law, especially child and adult protection law
• Organizational skills (purposeful design of processes, controlling)
• Very good IT user skills
• Good verbal expression
• Mental resilience and flexibility in dealing with complex situations and changes
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as ability and willingness to work interdisciplinarily
• Skill in dealing with guardians, clients
