HR Generalist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As an HR Generalist, you are the central point of contact for all personnel-related matters in our client company. You accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment through onboarding to personnel development and offboarding. You take care of the preparation of employment contracts, references, and other HR documents. You advise managers and employees on labour law issues and support the implementation of HR projects. Maintaining personnel files and administration in the HR system are also part of your duties, as is organising training measures. You actively contribute to the further development of HR processes and bring in your ideas.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in business administration, human resource management, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as a generalist

• Sound knowledge of labour law and personnel administration

• Confident handling of HR software and MS Office

• Strong communication skills and service orientation

• Discretion and a high level of trustworthiness

• Structured and independent working style

• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
