As Co-Chief Physician Psychiatry, you will take on a key role in management and play an essential part in shaping the future of our department together with the co-leadership. Arud is a future-oriented non-profit organization for outpatient medical-psychiatric care with around 170 employees and a respectful DU culture. We are among the leading institutions in Switzerland in addiction medicine and queer health. Our interdisciplinary model combines psychiatry, psychotherapy, internal medicine, infectiology, and social work into a holistic offering. We accompany our patients with respect, empathy, and on an equal footing.

The position offers you the opportunity to take overall responsibility for the psychiatry department and actively shape it. You can expect diverse leadership tasks and plenty of creative freedom in an exciting, interdisciplinary environment with an appreciative culture. With us, 6.5 weeks of vacation – even 7.5 weeks from the age of 50 – a regulated 45-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, as well as attractive pension benefits, are a matter of course.
