Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as a service technician for Western Switzerland. This is what you can expect in your daily work:

• You take care of service and repair work on new and used vehicles - both in the workshop and directly on site with customers throughout Western Switzerland

• You carry out professional incoming and final inspections and ensure that every vehicle is in top condition

• You are the competent contact person for dealers and end customers when it comes to fault diagnosis and technical support

• You take responsibility in the seasonal on-call service and ensure that our customers can count on you even in emergencies

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery, construction machinery or truck mechanic - your solid foundation for this role

• Ideally further training as a diagnostic technician with a federal certificate of competence - but not a must if you have the motivation to develop further

• Driving licence category B is mandatory, C1 or C would be the icing on the cake for your mobility

• Confident handling of MS Office and diagnostic tools such as VM-Tool or Bodas - so you are always one step ahead technically

• Fluent German and French skills (at least B2 level), so you can communicate easily with customers and dealers in Western Switzerland - English is a plus

• An independent, structured way of working and a genuine feel for dealing with end customers and dealers - you know how to build trust and find solutions

• Reliability and initiative - you get stuck in without needing everything explained twice
