- Take overall responsibility for the implementation and continuous development of the postgraduate program in anesthesia nursing – including curriculum development and alignment of the teaching plan
- Modernize teaching methods and content by continuously reflecting on methodology and didactics and integrating current nursing and therapeutic standards into teaching
- Actively shape networks through regular exchange with practice institutions, cooperation partners, and educational providers to ensure a practice-oriented education
- Political presence in education by representing our educational offerings in relevant committees, e.g., in future collaborations and exchanges with the Health Education Center Basel-Stadt (BZG) and the OdA Santé
- Engage in direct teaching activities: you take on specialized modules, develop teaching materials, define learning content, coordinate the deployment of instructors, and conduct your own teaching units
What you bring
- Master of Advanced Studies in Adult & Professional Education or an equivalent qualification in vocational and educational fields for adults
- NDS in Anesthesia Nursing
- Pedagogical and organizational skills to act as a methodological-didactic leader, design examinations, and confidently accompany qualification processes – from entry to graduation
- Cooperation and communication skills to maintain sustainable relationships with practice partners and conduct targeted information events for external stakeholders
- High advisory competence, especially in dealing with students and in mentoring and guidance situations, as well as in exchanges with lecturers
- Subject-specific know-how and conceptual strength to review educational concepts, define new content, and implement quality assurance in a structured manner
- Reflective ability and willingness to innovate to continuously improve your professional actions and develop educational processes in a partnership-oriented and future-oriented manner
