To strengthen our HR administration on a fixed-term basis from 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2028, we look forward to an engaged and motivated personality.
This is what you will achieve with us
- You support our HR admin team with entries, exits and changes.
- You manage incoming and existing applications.
- You are a friendly contact person at our counter for employees and handle their enquiries or concerns.
- You take on the administrative processing of civil service pay and assist with coordinating enquiries.
- You are responsible for mail processing and invoice coding.
- You take on various administrative tasks for internal training sessions as well as monitoring probation periods and residence permits.
