Your tasks
• You accompany the employees in a participation-oriented manner in their work according to the core mission and SILEA brand core.
• You are the contact person for the employees and conduct employee interviews.
• You are responsible for the timely and qualitatively flawless processing of customer orders, as well as for deployment planning, setting up, guiding, and training the employees.
• You promote collaboration and communication within the department, across departments, and with our customers.
• Together with the site management, the team, and the employees, you strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and continuously develop the quality of services: for employees and business customers.

• You have completed a basic technical education as well as experience and further training in the field of work pedagogy.
• You bring experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills.
• You have knowledge and experience in manual activities and work processes.
• You are solution-oriented and show flexibility and openness to new things.
• Good perception, high resilience, as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working complete your profile.
