You can do this with us
- As a system gastronomy specialist, you ensure that guests can be well and quickly catered for
- You work both in the kitchen and behind the self-service counter in our various restaurants
- You prepare the dishes in front of the guests, arrange the dishes appetizingly at the buffet, and refill them
- You purchase the food, receive deliveries, check the quality of the delivered products, and store them correctly
- You work closely in a team and have regular contact with customers
- In addition to working in the guest and kitchen areas, you also perform commercial activities. You create simple calculations and are involved in controlling and marketing. In your work, you adhere to the regulations for environmental protection as well as health, occupational safety, and hygiene. System gastronomy is the ideal connection between the commercial and gastronomic working world
