Line Leader: Chocolate Production Moulding
Responsibilities
- Operating, monitoring, setting up, and converting machines and production lines for the manufacture and packaging of chocolate and chocolate products
- Adhering to safety and hygiene regulations
- Professional supervision and guidance of assigned employees
- Conducting quality checks and initiating measures in case of deviations, actively participating in the continuous improvement process
- Detecting and resolving malfunctions and supporting the technical service during maintenance
Requirements
- Basic training in the food sector or technical field (for example, food technologist, baker, confectioner, butcher, as well as mechanic, printer, paper technologist)
- Technical understanding and experience with modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems are advantageous
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- No formal training but lots of experience? With good suitability and performance, we support career changers in vocational training as food practitioner EBA or food technologist EFZ
