Project Manager for Agricultural Structure Improvements
Office of Agriculture and Geoinformation | 80–100 % | Chur
The Office of Agriculture and Geoinformation is a service office of the Department of Public Economy and Social Affairs. It includes the four divisions Agricultural Measures, Structural Improvements, Surveying, and GIS Competence Center under one roof.
In the Low Construction division of the Structural Improvements section, you actively help shape the sustainable development of the rural area. In your diverse range of tasks, you accompany infrastructure projects – from general improvements and renovations of transport routes to alpine water and electricity supplies and restorations after natural events.
You coordinate the tasks of cantonal and federal specialist offices, advise construction clients and engineering firms, and ensure the professional implementation of projects. In case of questions regarding procedural law, you are the central contact person. To support projects, you regularly participate in inspections on site and visits to construction sites. In your work, you gain insights into various specialized sectors and the most diverse regions of Graubünden.

For the Low Construction division, we are looking for a Project Manager for Agricultural Low Construction starting March 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Supervise low construction projects (technically, administratively, financially)
- Advise clients and planning offices
- Review and develop project ideas and funding applications
- Collaborate in cantonal consultations
- Participate in national and cantonal working groups aimed at supporting the division's management
- Contribute to the implementation of the UAG digitalization strategy
- Diploma from a university or university of applied sciences in geomatics, construction, environment, agronomy, or a comparable field of study
- Good communication skills, independent personality, solution-oriented, and enjoys making decisions
- Structured and conceptual working style
- Ability to work in a team, committed personality open to new tasks
- Very good knowledge of German; Italian is an advantage
