Job Description
- Welcoming patients and visitors: hospital admission and emergency.
- Managing telephone calls, voicemail, Outlook calendars, mail, and parcels.
- Handling patient complaints.
- Cash management.
- Processing and handling transport requests.
- Various administrative tasks.
- Acting as an ambassador.
Qualifications
- Experience in reception, excellent presentation, as well as good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Native French speaker with good command of English; German would be an advantage.
- Versatility, flexibility, autonomy, organisation, and accuracy.
- Experience in luxury hospitality would also be an asset.
