Your tasks and responsibilities include, among others:

What you can achieve:

Implementation responsibility for processes, guidelines, regulations, and instructions
Budget and result responsibility
Quality-oriented service delivery to maintain the positive image
Information responsibility towards the Head of HR Management & Training as well as the Regional Director
Ensuring that uniformed employees are recruited, selected, and hired and that personnel marketing measures are taken
Conducting recruitment and disciplinary interviews and providing first-level support for labor law questions
Coordinating recruitment needs in collaboration with the management area and personnel planning
Supporting the Regional Director and the line in succession planning and talent management
Creating and maintaining HR statistics and collecting HR key figures in the subprocess
Conducting regular information and team meetings
Driving process optimizations in consultation with superior authorities
