HR Admin fixed-term 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.
This is what you can achieve:
We are looking for you to support our HR Services team for around 6 – 8 months
- You support the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring to the departure of our employees
- You coordinate and administer the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling, and applicant management
- You professionally and punctually prepare employment and interim references as well as other HR correspondence
- You maintain and update personnel data in our HR system and ensure the quality of electronic personnel files
- You take on various administrative tasks in day-to-day business and ensure smooth HR processes
- You support the HR team in the continuous optimisation of processes and actively contribute
- You work confidentially with managers, employees, and internal interfaces
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in personnel administration; initial experience in recruiting or supporting recruitment processes is an advantage
- Confident German language skills, English skills are an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, experience with Workday is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Strong service orientation as well as a high degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
