Apprentice Assistant in Care and Community Health CFC

Context

We are looking for an apprentice for the following department:

Department of Medicine (1 position)

It brings together the expertise of 13 medical specialties. It has solid expertise in managing patients with multiple and complex conditions.

Mission

• You work closely with the care team to ensure quality patient care
• You professionally support patients in daily life activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being (help with washing, dressing, feeding, etc.)
• You perform administrative and logistical tasks, such as updating patient records
• You contribute to maintaining hygiene and organising care areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
• You participate in prevention and health promotion activities with patients.

Profile

• You have obtained the certificate of completion of compulsory schooling
• You have reached the legal age of 18 (possibility to start from 16, with prior internships)
• You master basic mathematics (general pathway level 2) and French (level B2) and are ready to take a test if needed to verify your skills
• You have a strong interest in health and people’s well-being
• You are comfortable in human contact and demonstrate empathy and active listening
• You have proven ability to work in a team and show collaboration, while being able to work independently
• You are organised, rigorous, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously, even in stressful environments.
