Your mission within our Manufacture
- Frame the projects: brief, specifications, development offer, and kick-off meeting.
- Build and maintain the development schedule by anticipating risks and respecting the internal flow.
- Coordinate the technical teams, Methods, Supply Chain, and Production:
– participation in construction, industrialization, and production reviews,
– monitoring deliverables and milestones,
– possibility to challenge technical solutions according to your level of involvement.
- Drive progress to ensure the arrival of kits at the laboratory and production on time.
- Lead daily progress meetings with project teams.
- Present the progress status monthly to clients (technical, deadlines, risks, actions).
- Ensure monthly monitoring of costs and budgets in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: process optimization, calibration reliability, technological watch.
Your profile and skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent training focused on project management.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a complex industrial environment.
- Comfortable in a highly technical context, with many projects in parallel.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and priority management skills.
- Autonomy, communication skills, natural leadership, and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Technical knowledge of watchmaking: a plus.
