Head of Finance (80% - 100%)

Graphax AG, headquartered in Spreitenbach with eight branches in the German and Western Switzerland regions, employs around 190 people. Due to a broad range of services and thanks to our team of experts, we are among the leading providers of innovative technologies in the areas of Enterprise Content Management, printer fleet management, and complete solutions for digital as well as paper-based document workflows in the B2B market. For this, we offer hardware solutions with service management as well as comprehensive software services including support (SaaS). 

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented leader to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Management of the finance, accounting, and controlling departments
• Leadership and development of the finance team, quality manager, purchaser, and fleet manager
• Active participation in the implementation of corporate strategy as well as transformation and digitization projects (ERP migration, etc.)
• Management of all treasury activities including cash and liquidity management 
• Overall management of the budgeting process, forecasts, as well as investment and medium-term planning and reporting 
• Responsibility for financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and audits (including those of the family business) 
• Further development of controlling instruments (KPIs, MIS, BI) within the framework of strategic objectives, tiered reporting for monitoring target achievement
• Active participation in the development and implementation of corporate strategy 
• Legal review of contracts and their risks with customers and partners
• Cost accounting for both hardware and software (SaaS), business modeling, and customer contract financing
• Responsible for taxes and property insurance
• Process and quality management including ISO 9001 implementation

Your Profile:

• Degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline; MBA advantageous (or in training)
• Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxes, and compliance
• Several years of experience in a senior finance position, ideally as CFO in a Swiss SME
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Experience in rental/service business and/or the software industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in team development
• Strong communication skills in German and good spoken French
