We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented leader to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Management of the finance, accounting, and controlling departments
- Leadership and development of the finance team, quality manager, purchaser, and fleet manager
- Active participation in the implementation of corporate strategy as well as transformation and digitization projects (ERP migration, etc.)
- Management of all treasury activities including cash and liquidity management
- Overall management of the budgeting process, forecasts, as well as investment and medium-term planning and reporting
- Responsibility for financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and audits (including those of the family business)
- Further development of controlling instruments (KPIs, MIS, BI) within the framework of strategic objectives, tiered reporting for monitoring target achievement
- Active participation in the development and implementation of corporate strategy
- Legal review of contracts and their risks with customers and partners
- Cost accounting for both hardware and software (SaaS), business modeling, and customer contract financing
- Responsible for taxes and property insurance
- Process and quality management including ISO 9001 implementation
Your Profile:
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline; MBA advantageous (or in training)
- Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxes, and compliance
- Several years of experience in a senior finance position, ideally as CFO in a Swiss SME
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Experience in rental/service business and/or the software industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in team development
- Strong communication skills in German and good spoken French
