Responsibilities

• You lead and organise the ward and take over the planning of processes
• You are a central member of the interdisciplinary team and jointly responsible for an optimal care process
• Your demanding tasks also include participating in treatment meetings and optimising processes
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH, or have foreign training with SRK recognition
• Targeted further training is desirable but not mandatory
• Furthermore, you ideally have experience in leading a ward team or are highly motivated to take on a leadership role
