Your Tasks
- Support of the ward manager in the organisational and professional management of the maternity ward and gynaecology
- Co-responsibility for personnel planning, staff deployment, and team development in the nursing area
- Ensuring and further developing nursing and process quality according to current standards
- Promoting cooperative and interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups
- Economical and responsible action in daily ward operations
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), or midwife (m/f/d)
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to undertake this
- Identification with the principles of the Baby-Friendly Initiative
- Ideally additional qualification as a lactation and breastfeeding consultant (m/f/d) - not a requirement
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and team orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
