Construction Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You accompany the project managers / architects during the execution planning
• On-site construction management and the keeping of protocols and defect lists in the Realview construction management app complete your demanding area of work
• In addition, you manage the construction accounting and cost control in Messerli Bauad
• You also carry out the two-year warranty inspections
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• Are you a responsible and committed individual who is also resilient?
• You bring solid professional experience, preferably in residential construction, public buildings, healthcare construction in new builds and renovations
• Furthermore, you have knowledge of the common SIA standards and building regulations
• Are you also communicative, thoughtful and assertive?
