We are seeking a Head of Service with excellent expertise in upscale Swiss gastronomy for the new, renowned restaurant x1291 ächt.guet. If you are a committed personality who enjoys delighting our customers, providing excellent service, and pleasing guests, then we look forward to your application.

Job Requirements

• Completed training in the field of gastronomy, preferably as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ
• Solid professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Organised, customer- and service-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of daily contact with our guests

Scope of Duties

• Upscale à la carte service
• Contact person for personalised service and service at a high level
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines
• Management and organisation of the entire service area
• Contact person for employees in the absence of the restaurant manager
• Creation of work schedules and shift planning
• Ensuring cleanliness, carrying out mise-en-place and responding to guest complaints.
• Assistance with supervision and training

• Passion for the profession including customer-oriented thinking
• Neat appearance
• Reliable and responsible
• Fluent (Swiss) German
• Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
