Your tasks:
- Independent handling of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in planning and realization as an all-rounder
- Communication with clients, authorities, and offices
- Leading the planning team with coordination of specialist planners
- Organization and processing of CAD models, plan data, and files
- Plan processing from project development to completion within the team
- Supporting construction management or taking over construction management as needed
- Adhering to and monitoring requirements and target specifications
Your profile:
- Basic training in the construction industry with further education as an architect or construction technician
- Experience in leading planning teams
- Experience in execution and detailed planning
- Interest in realization and implementation
