Team Leader Facility Manager / Technical Janitor (a)
Our site in Rothenburg LU (A2 Business Park & NuFa Center), which includes four buildings and a parking garage, needs a good soul who takes responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire site and coordinates the external service providers for maintenance and cleaning.
Your tasks
- Coordination of all janitorial, cleaning, maintenance, snow removal, repair, and inspection work on the Rothenburg site
- Control and enforcement of site regulations as well as management of one employee
- Contact person for all matters concerning the maintenance of the site and buildings
- Review of work reports and invoices from external service providers
- Direct execution of cleaning work as well as supervision of external cleaning companies
- Execution of outdoor work and maintenance of parking systems
- Responsible for the disposal site, emptying, and maintenance
- Execution of minor repairs and technical support in case of problems
- Support and assistance at events, setting up rooms
- Operation, monitoring, and minor repairs of building management systems, heating and ventilation systems, as well as locking systems
- Performing winter services
Your profile
- Technical basic training with a federal diploma
- Solid practical experience in building technology maintenance
- Good PC user skills
- Residence in Rothenburg or surrounding area
- Driver's license category B and others such as forklift certification are an advantage
- Qualification as a facility maintenance specialist, maintenance technician (IFH) is an advantage
