Head of Export 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operational management and further development of the export department

• Independent handling of worldwide export orders for IT security products including document procurement and certifications

• Advising customers on export possibilities, costs and country-specific regulations

• Optimisation of goods traffic within the DACH organisation (costs and VAT)

• Preparation of detailed export quotations

• Checking sanction lists and goods lists

• Documentation of export processes as well as import and export regulations of various countries

• Support with import queries and work in the back office

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a foreign trade specialist with a Swiss federal diploma

• At least 5 years of professional and leadership experience

• Experience with international order processing and export of technical goods

• Customer and solution orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking

• Reliable, precise and independent working style

• Resilience in hectic situations

• Confident German and good English skills (French an advantage)

• Confident handling of MS Office and export management systems

• Willingness for increased workload during holiday cover
