Marketing Assistant 100 %
In this role, you support the marketing team in the efficient implementation of key marketing measures. You work closely with the Head of Global Marketing & Communications and contribute to strengthening the brand presence across all relevant touchpoints – both digital and analog.
Tasks:
- Event and Trade Fair Support: Organization, coordination, and operational support of international events.
- Website Management: Maintenance and updating of the website, regular preparation of news, product information, and company content.
- Social Media Management: Planning, creation, and publication of social media posts and coordination with the team.
- Newsletter Management: Setup, content creation, sending, and success monitoring.
- Ad Placement: Planning, implementation, and monitoring of print & online ads. Ensuring precise target group addressing and consistent brand messaging.
- Print and Sales Materials: Collaboration on brochures, product documents, and trade fair materials as well as coordination with internal/external departments and agencies.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational talent and high reliability
- Commercial basic training and additional qualifications in
- Marketing, Communication or
- Content Management or
- Event Management - Diverse experience in marketing (industrial environment advantageous)
- Proficient use of digital tools (CMS, social media, newsletter tools) and very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Precise and structured working style combined with a hands-on mentality
- High service orientation and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Very good English and German skills
