About the job
Your new role
As a specialist in building maintenance with a focus on housekeeping, you are responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities, and their surroundings are in impeccable condition.
You maintain and clean buildings as well as outdoor areas and monitor the building services engineering. In addition, you independently carry out minor repairs, service machines and equipment, and take care of the proper disposal of waste.
Your work is very varied and combines practical, technical, and organisational tasks. You work both indoors and outdoors and make an important contribution to smooth operations.

- Monitoring and control of building services engineering systems
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance work
- Care of green spaces and outdoor areas
- Maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
- Proper disposal of waste
