Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You process and accompany construction projects in the area of new build and conversion, in the tendering as well as in the realisation phase
• In doing so, you take on the independent handling of cost and schedule planning
• You are also responsible for conducting tenders, preparing contracts for work, construction accounting and managing all parties involved in the construction
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, architects and building draftsmen rounds off your demanding area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have training as a bricklayer, carpenter, building draftsman / architectural draughtsman or comparable (m/f/d)
• Further training as a federally certified construction manager in building construction, FH architect, certified technician HF building construction / construction technician is important to the SME (if you are currently undergoing further training, this would also be suitable)
• A customer-oriented as well as economical way of thinking and working is also an important prerequisite
• Do you also describe yourself as independent, well organised, collegial and skilled in negotiation?
